The process is carried out through an online form. You will first provide some basic information and once submitted we will begin the matching process. If successfully matched, you will then be connected with a lender who may offer you a loan. You then have the opportunity to accept or reject any offer made.

Do you use direct payday lenders?

We work with a network of UK lenders. If you are matched, you will be connected with a direct lender.

How much can I borrow?

The lenders in our network are prepared to lend between £100 and £2,500. Please note not all lenders are able to provide up to £2500.

Are these guaranteed loans?

Unless they are using an unscrupulous marketing tactic, no lender can offer any kind of guaranteed loan, such as guaranteed payday loans.

How long does it take to apply for a loan and receive funds?

The online form takes a few minutes to complete. We will then run your form through our network of lenders in an attempt to match you with a qualified lender. If your application is accepted, you will be forwarded to the lender’s completion page so that you can sign for your loan electronically.

How will I receive my funds?

Your funds will be transferred electronically into your bank account via electronic transfer.


What are the eligibility criteria?

This includes the fact that you must be aged 18 years or older, live in the UK, have an active bank account into which you can receive direct debits and have a regular source of income.

PurpleQuid.co.uk does not run any credit checks; however, we are a matching service and the lender we match you with may do so as part of the application process.

For a typical 30 day loan of £400, the average lender Representative APR is 728.9%. Please note that your APR is likely to differ from this figure, as no two applicants are the same. No loan terms are truly typical or representative, and your credit profile might have an impact on the loan terms a lender offers you.


How do I make repayments?

Your repayment schedule and amount will be outlined in the loan agreement, a copy of which you will receive before you sign the contract. Please contact your lender directly for further information.
